If reading the Bible or the Quran or any other religious work makes you hate more and lead to darkness, then I would suggest finding another book to meditate on. If reading a religious text helps you love more and be more compassionate and leads to light, keep it up.
I'm not convinced Trump knows what a vaccine is or how they are administered. What's he talking about? "They give these massive- you ever look? It looks like a Coca-Cola bottle. They're pumping this massive amount of fluid into a child's body" (dear reader, syringes look nothing like Coke bottles)
The standard rule of administrative burdens: if you increase the time tax for doing something, you make it less likely that people will do it. That is what the Trump administration is trying to do with vaccines.
