Oh Mavren was wide eyed, teary, as she placed her mug down. Walking closer. She hugged him. "I'm sorry for your loss." She was genuine, despite her own anxiety about hugging a literal vampire.

Immediately busying herself, Mavren tapped her chin, before turning back to them, kettle half full in hand as she spoke. "Oh a few years now, I'm a florist... If people can't make you happy. Plants sure can!" Humming a tune, self soothing, as she prepared the tea.
