Believe it or not: This actually happened because I am about to submit a research monograph on lobbying to the publisher, and my friend who is helping me edit the manuscript noticed that some webpages of the constitution annotated I was referring to in the footnotes didn’t exist anymore.

It has been brought to our attention that some sections of Article 1 are missing from the Constitution Annotated (constitution.congress.gov) website. We’ve learned that this is due to a coding error. We have been working to correct this and expect it to be resolved soon.
