The film is written, directed, and co-stars Hitoshi Ozawa, a legendary Yakuza actor who is a villain in Yakuza 0, who got his fellow legends involved. This was his passion project inspired by one of his best friends, a trans woman, and he worked with the community for representative casting.

They fired so many artists over this too. People who helped make the game iconic were tossed out on the street because the Slop Faucet could do it "decent enough". If you still play Fortnite, you're funding the hyper-acceleration of AI replacing Artists in Gaming

So tired of all these “Is AI conscious? Alive? Does it feel pain?” opinions from people who should know better. 1) Humans always anthropomorphize things, and AIs are DESIGNED to hack into that. 2) IF you believe that stuff, then you are LITERALLY involved in creating and promoting a slave class.
