That move did work for a long time but it relies on keeping the taboo against antisemitism intact while ultimately eroding that taboo. That the taboo against antisemitism was a means and not an end for these orgs is increasingly apparent.
Abdul El Sayed's open-mindedness on the question of how to actually resolve the question of Palestine is one of the best indicators of his overall intelligence and sincerity. Policymakers in DC should adopt a rights-based approach which prioritizes ending the occupation and apartheid systems.
