Good to see Sadiq Khan joining Wes Streeting and David Lammy in finally catching up with the Lib Dems on the need for a UK–EU customs union. We have led the way, won the vote in Parliament and will now fight to make sure Downing Street wakes up to the damage done by Brexit too.
At first I thought we had beavers in Trumpington. But it turns out that it's humans who are currently putting logs and branches into Hobson's Brook, to speed up water flow, which benefits the wildlife in this precious chalk stream. Thank you very much to the crew for the educational chat.

It was hard to say goodbye after two intense and exciting weeks at COGNESTIC 2025. Thank you to all our attendees for making it such a fantastic event. From fMRI to football, EEG/MEG to electric golf, we enjoyed every moment of science, ideas, networking, and fun — even the sun joined in.
