Unfortunately my body negotiated with my disabilities like a Congressional Democrat and I ended up with just one bolt recess form, laundry, and half the groceries I meant to get.

I decided to switch from circular to rectangular bolt recesses for the workbench top. This will let me use the top nut to hold down a planing stop or bench dog. I'm making the forms for the concrete pour from some scrap mahogany and what I think was a kid's scooter height adjuster.
