I’m fully prepped for this doctor appointment, I have my medical history, my symptom lists etc. But goddamn is waiting so anxiety inducing. Zero stars. It’s so stressful seeking out new diagnoses. Boooooo!

You know already trusted trans people who told me that getting on their correct hormones helps them feel balanced & RIGHT. But since I’ve gone on meds for PMDD, the concept makes even more sense. I feel WAY more myself; far more balanced. Gender affirming care for ALL. We need that yesterday. 🏳️⚧️

I tried really hard last month to pull myself out of what was about to be a burnout & while it was a success that I even noticed the pattern before I was burnt out - I’ve still wound up… real burnt out now. Bone tired in my soul and weary.

I have a very late afternoon ketamine infusion + nerve blocks. They put you under, so you can’t do food or water for 8 hours before appt. It’s very hot to be taking dogs for an afternoon walk & not be able to hydrate. 0 stars. But I am REALLY hoping all this knocks the occipital migraine out later.

I’m gonna have a big yield of small decorative pumpkins this year from volunteers, because my plants are enormous. I am very looking for to giving some to neighbor kids in the fall. I will tell the neighbor parents not to eat them because they could be toxic. Toxic squash syndrome is fuckin wild!

Just remembered after a loooong day of masking during the many hours at the dentist/with my mom - when we talked to our neighbor - ok so he is GAY gay right? The man is wearing matching colors literally from his hat to his shoes. He has dangly earrings. A lady hit on him & I said “in THIS outfit??”
yall, we have to be silly today. Find a way to be a little silly today. I think we all need that. Shake your arms out. Dance to a song! Spin in a circle! Create a weird improv style character - taunt your roommates with this character! Idk, but my guess is we all need to blow off steam.
