Awkward moment in the Brazilian top flight: Coritiba player falls into a tunnel celebrating against Chapecoense, only for the goal to be ruled out for offside
Now in Stokey - been to Macintosh and am now in the Coach & Horses.
I’m having a nice day today. Walked from Kentish Town to Stokey using the first part of John Rogers’ Hackney Brook walk. Bought a book, saw the Emirates, tried the hyped Plimsoll burger (which didn’t quite live up to the hype, plus they lost my order) and had some gelato.
A bit battered but for £4 who’s bitching? An absolute time capsule.

Good news! A listed pub in New Cross is set to reopen this autumn after being closed for years. Former White Hart becomes The Broken Wheel. Work ongoing inside right now. www.fromthemurkydepths.co.uk/2026/07/31/c...
Is it so they can stand up under the weight of constant scrutiny from people who should mind their own fucking business? x
Honest-to-goodness, salt-of-the-earth, white, working-class patriots who simply want to display their love of country via the medium of lamppost. And if that means tracking and tracing anyone who stands in their way, so be it... 🏴 bsky.app/profile/oxfo...
Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.
In Dec 2024, Mazraoui refused to use a Man Utd jacket with support to the LGBT cause because it was against his religion. Today, Man Utd has announced a partnership with a betting company & yes, he was seen wearing a shirt with the sponsor on it So just a raging homophobe hiding behind religion

If you can’t think of anything nice to say, I believe there’s a vacancy at The Spectator.
Shame I’ve got a stinking cold otherwise I’d be cracking open a bottle of fizz at the Liddle news. Vile, odious man.
TIL that Clyde play the theme from Happy Days after a home win.
Ironically, the system needs 'reform'. 'Dulwich College, a £67,000-a-year school that counts Nigel Farage among its alumni, broke up for summer earlier this month but continues to keep its sports pitches well watered. Community gardens in nearby Brockwell Park, however, cannot be properly watered.'
Is this the staunch version of Judy Is A Punk?
