Back when I had Twitter I used to offer free headshots for low-income authors, not sure I have much reach here but the offer is still there. London or Birmingham (although I’m in Glasgow and Edinburgh at the end of Aug and can fit in a session. Will have lights so can be indoors).

I'm still working on the final touches to Razing Core before testing. Today I added support for Mega Drive/Genesis controllers, including alt-fire (you can use A/B or B/C for 1/2, and also X/Y/Z for bombing) and Start button for pause! #mastersystem #homebrew

It’s sad when people die, but we’re supposed to celebrate their accomplishments rather than mourn their deaths - so if someone’s accomplishments make them a shitbag of the highest order then there is absolutely no reason you shouldn’t celebrate the fact that their death has improved the world

Ah my FedEx parcel has changed from a specific delivery window to before 16:00, anyone who uses FedEx knows this almost certainly means at 16:01 it’ll change to before the end of the day and just won’t arrive. With any luck it’ll turn up tomorrow

I agree there’s a “woke” problem in film, but it’s a problem with the people who perceive “wokeness” and base their opinions on that. Supergirl is another film that got rubbished but is absolutely fine, good story, good acting, fun with some solid set pieces.

This one has been a long time coming, and won't be useful for quite a while I suspect - but i'm working on an SDK for one of my favourite machines, the Exelvision EXL 100, ostensibly to port Jurl across, but it will be open-source of course

A bit of a development day, I’ve got the Tang Nano on-board screen now and have added a compilation target to use it. It allows for a much more compact screen layout (no bulky HDMI cables and no external screen power). I’m also working on a new shiny project that I’ll probably show off soon

The case for the Enterprise EXDOS floppy interface card and “Floppy Hat” module which sits on top is complete. I’ll package up the designs snd publish them next week.
