The Lost Paladin

A bisexual weirdo with a love of sci-fi, flaring bouts of low self-esteem, good leftist politics, overactive empathy, and you work in IT? You might as well have just said "human fighter".

America's Finest Bad Take Factory is back with a hot one. Spencer's position is the equivalent of being pri stomach cancer because of the weight loss. While public health professionals have been bad at listening to skeptics, MAGA's insane skepticism for everything falls on good and bad alike.

A lot of people in public health believe that MAHA is “nothing more than a subversive anti-vaccine, anti-science syndicate,” but the movement is an opportunity that the public-health sector “cannot afford to squander,” Craig Spencer argues:

Lets talk about Bribery and Democrats being fucking scumbags. Six Democrats voted for the NDAA, which includes parts of the SAVE Act and that bullshit Israel partnership. Why did they do that? MONEY. So let's go over each one of these cunts and their pieces of silver.

The problem about this is that this guy encroached into boomer fantasy land, and the lack of consequences is going to encourage somebody, and the next young guy to get slapped is going to beat the shit out of the Boomer and these idiots are going to want blood when it happens.

Awww, the guy who assaulted someone at a Cubs game was a war vet? Well, that certainly changes... uh... absolutely fucking nothing. That guy shouldn't be allowed inside Wrigley Field for the rest of his life. Aw, he got emotional because a stranger was sitting? STFU dude. www.tmz.com/2026/07/21/c...

I play Black for basically three characters in lore - Crovax, Sorin, and Liliana. So now you're telling me that the best soul sister ever created is Liliana? I'm still in full boycott mode on WoTC, but holy shit. That Alexsi Briclot art too. Playmat ready, yo.

This is Robert E. Lee arguing that slavery will end "in God's time" in a letter to his wife. Racists are all the same throughout history.

Wurman: The English didn’t *demand* assimilation in 1215 but *needed* it for 800 years for liberalism to work. Then, responding to @jdmortenson.bsky.social, Ilan goes ethnonationalist, talking about “importing millions of people [babies]” who are unfit for liberal democracy. How’s that better?

Again, this is a lazy softball. Durbin's cooked, but at least he has the decency to know he's cooked and quit, unlike Grassley, who's brain is receding hard but he's still hanging on until the sweet embrace of Death sends him to meet his pa Lindsay in Hell.

DURBIN: Do you think a blanket pardon by the president of January 6 rioters was the right thing to do? BLANCHE: The Constitution gives the president full power to pardon anybody for any reason he wants. I don't question President Trump's authority or his decision to do so.

I'm glad Durbin is retiring, because this was not a good performance. The fact that he didn't ask Blanche to show him in the agreement where it only applied retroactively is a complete miss. He's a doddering wreck and he needs to fucking go.

BLANCHE: As part of the settlement between the IRS & President Trump and some of his family and his organization, part of the settlement included release of any past audits. DURBIN: It's hard to explain that nobody is above the law when that type of document was signed by you

The home team has played like ass tonight in the ASG. The Phillies got all their players in and none of them got a hit and Sanchez got blown the fuck up. Maybe we should review the voting process so we don't have a bunch of kinda mid players starting the ASG?
