I encourage Little and Regression coded activities with friends as a key form of mutual validation. Cartoons, coloring, having a plush nearby are things that kids were bullied or even punished for when they were young. Seeing that you're not alone, that these are okay expressions of self is healing.
Diapers shouldn't just be about teasing and humiliation. There is every reason to praise someone for wearing diapers and giving them positive reinforcement. "I'm so proud of you for diapering up today." "You did such a good job with those tapes." "That diaper matches your outfit so well!"
