It is honestly impressive how consistently HP's software developers are unable to close process handles when they are done with them. If you have a handle to the process and then the process dies then some of the metadata about the process is forced to be retained until you close the handle.
I dunno who needs to hear this, but if you hold ALT when double clicking a file in file explorer, it will open Properties for that file
