This is merged and I am pretty happy with the results. The bulk of the requirements is validation. For some types of ASN.1 string like IA5 or VisibleString this pretty easy - the whole character set is a single range like 0x20 - 0x7F. This is pretty easy to do.

Antiretroviral therapy, such as PrEP, blocks the reverse transcriptase from working, making it so that even if someone is exposed to a retrovirus, that virus won't be able to make copies of itself. Data indicate that this medication reduces transmission probability by >99% when taken correctly.
For PrEP, the basics are: HIV is a retrovirus. It stores its genetic information as RNA, and it has a protein called reverse transcriptase that allows it to make DNA using RNA as a template. Inside the host cell, it does this to stick its genome into the host genome.
