This is exactly my take. LLM’s are trained explicitly to produce outputs that are satisfying to a human. It ends up creating a feedback loop that tricks your mind into utilizing it more. The end result is your complete and utter reliance on it and an inability to think for yourself.

Using lists of three is not an "AI tell." It's a common trait in human writing because our brains biologically want to make sure there's always one thing to marry, one thing to fuck, and one thing to murder.
