Had a great day at this on Sunday- interviewed authors, a tarot reader and a man who was struck by lightning. Plus the pleasure to meet a hypnotist, a marvel writer and a chap who was a Beatles expert. Looking forward one day to getting back there to sell my work!
I’ll be there next week, not selling books but interviewing Sue King and Conrad Jones about their books. Should be a good event
Some amazing news- @Waterstones took half the stock of The Triton Run and all copies in England have now sold bar one - in Newcastle. Bearing in mind there’s been no publicity since November and I’ve got the rights back I think that’s damn impressive.
We need an update on the Nutella when they reach furthest distance. Record breaking product placement 🤣

So, there is still time to nominate The Triton Run in this year’s BSFA awards. It’s had a great reception though obviously there is now a hiccup! Even being long listed would assist in the next stage of my career. Any BSFA member can vote!
3 separate messages today from readers gutted that Jovian Sunset won’t be out in March as planned! It was ready to go as well. But it’ll get out there, I’m so proud of it and the twist is fab at the end.
Best of wishes for both James in new ventures and Amy and Ted in taking the Northerner's historical fiction to new heights! Small publishing is so often a passion project (makes no money and takes a lot of effort) so kudos for the 5 years and the MANY, MANY books published!

While I'm sad that this means Northodox won't be publishing my fantasy novels anymore, I'm really pleased that they've found a way forward & excited for the books they'll put out over the years to come. Historical fiction & nothern publishing are both richer for their contribution.
