This has to be one of the eeriest photos I’ve ever taken. We are slowly heading from the Rockies to Vancouver and stopped in wine country. There are wildfires are here and the smoke is everywhere. I feel sorry for the locals - not only are their lives affected but tourism is dead.

Somehow in all the excitement of #Toronto I missed posting a few street art images.

This #canada trip is go go go. An 0900 flight from YYZ (wait, didn’t I hear that last night?) to YVR and we now have a train. A very long one by the looks of things.

Really enjoying being a tourist in Toronto. Took a ferry to Ward’s Island for a walk, coffee, a swim in Lake Ontario and lunch. Dinner in the city tonight ready for a #Rush day tomorrow

We made it to #Toronto and impossibly we landed at #2112 (although the flight log said 2111 boo). Shame we could make night one of #Rush ‘s homecoming but we are ready for tomorrow.

Exciting times ahead. 1 day to go before we take to the air for #YYZ. Kind of hoping for an hour or so delay so we can land at 2112. We have 48 hours to get over jet lag before the main event on Sunday evening. #RushCon at #henderson booked that day but any other suggestions welcome #RushFamily.

Tesco is extending its Kids Eat Free scheme to 7 days a week over the summer, where children get a free meal with an adult purchase, but honestly, this detail about how small the adult purchase can be broke my heart.
