Quick update on my Therian mask project. Today I made the ears and finished the felting; I have to say, it definitely looks much better than my first attempt (the white mask). I still need to figure out how i'll make the nose but I'll leave it for another day. I'm returning to drawing for a while.

I recently applied for a small project at my university that was looking for a comic artist, and I made it to the shortlist. However, I was told that for the formal interview, I should bring more references of humans (my portfolio was full of dogs), so I plan to bring these I drew not long ago.

I was a trans kid. I believe my parents did listen and would have supported me, but in the 80s and 90s the language and support structures weren’t there. It would have saved me a lot of unhappy years. Things got okay, but that was a very long journey. Support trans kids.

I just learned how to use OpenToonz to create puppet animations. It's something I've always wanted to do ever since I played «Shank 1/2» and «Mark of the Ninja»! It's quite simple but I'm proud of what I managed to do. Character rights (Elenoril⚔️) reserved to @curiousstarart.bsky.social 🩷🐾
