This weekend will be the last weekend I'll be making new comics for a while. Next weekend is Tim's birthday. After that, I need to concentrate on the nuts and bolts of the move. Comic-page-making requires all my focus and I'll need that focus elsewhere. Sigh. Let me arrive at the other end intact.

Here's one that MIGHT irritate some 80s kids. Boy George wasn't that great a singer. He had a limited range (all the best parts were done by Helen Terry!) and his "soulful" affectation was just that -- an affectation. He got by on his image and the band's arrangements propping him up.

I was a bit surprised to find out Jeff Beck had died a few years ago. I think the reason I thought he was still alive is that Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson had seen their future drummer Anika Nilles when she toured with Jeff Beck. I didn't know it was on HIS LAST TOUR EVER.

Does anyone else have webcomic plans that involve their webcomic literally being their life’s work? I feel self-conscious because there are people who complete whole graphic novels, or whole webcomics, and then move onto new projects. I think that’s super cool! But I also feel like I’m crazy lol

Sudden nutty idea: kid from today is hurled through time to 1932, meets the Little Rascals, and is forced to work with them City-on-the-Edge-of-Forever style to solve a Big Time Crisis. If someone's already done that, I want to read it. Extra points if kid from today is not a WASP.
