i like how Australia is slowly developing it's own food styles. all the different immigrant groups have had kids and grand-kids that are all cross pollinating and making some cool new totally unorthodox dishes. immigration rocks.

Late 1990s dotcom bubble: Eyeballs are the only thing that matter, not profits. 2000s housing bubble: Loan money to people who can't pay it back. Real estate only goes up in value! 2020s AI bubble: Speed is the only thing that matters. In the end, profits are what matters.
