Everyone killed by these strikes was killed illegally. Deliberate killing of humans outside of armed conflict is murder. And murder is illegal.

In these times we live in we have spent a lot of time focused on the positives of nerds - scientists, liberal arts types, artists. Important to maintain a coalition, big tent and all. But let’s not forget that a whole bunch of these folks are just truly terribly hangs, and frequently insufferable

Why bother with a 30 post thread about Pelennor Fields? Because I love the movies, love them. But in the books the army of ghosts don’t come and sweep the field. They are done after Pelagir. Which means it isn’t a supernatural miracle. It’s a human victory. Not gods or magic. People
