Phish - Go Birds - Go Phils - other stuff too, all of it fun

Imagine being teammates with DeShawn Watson. Signs a monster contract, has an insanely disastrous stint on the team, crippling the admittedly horrific franchise. Comes out this year and absolutely stinks out loud while telling fans they are disrespecting him. Oh, he's also a sex pest creep. Unreal

Before today, the last time the Phillies won a game in which they trailed by 4+ runs and down to their last batter was April 13, 1983 vs the Mets. They won 10-9 after trailing 9-5 with two outs in the ninth h/t @EliasSports

The Phillies, comatose for eight innings, just won their ninth straight game by scoring six runs in the ninth inning. Kyle Schwarber hits their first walk-off homer in more than three years. What in the absolute hell.

This is how things are now. Everything is WILDLY overdone. ESPN has about half dozen enormous contracts and they come up with ways to overexpose those guys. It's no different than Hollywood rehashing tired franchises and classic movies. There is no creativity anymore. Just constant noise.
