I have no problem strength training 4 days a week but getting myself to get my steps in seems impossible. I know it all boils down to discipline, but kicking my ass enough to get started is hard.

Bought this CD back when it came out. It was the best thing Danzig had done for years before that and it is still the best thing he has done since. I had to grab it on Vinyl now that they re-issued it. Shame it isn't available to stream as far as I am aware.
