In the 1990s, there were several large major metropolitan areas in the United States where it was impossible to find restaurants serving authentic ethnic food from anywhere other than western Europe. This is utterly unfathomable in current year. You can find amazing Thai food in country shacks.

Saw my parents and two of my sisters over the weekend for the first time in about 20 months. It was a family reunion on neutral ground where we went through my grandparents' house (both are gone) to take literally anything and everything in advance of selling it. I got a box full of kitchen items.

Poch did a very professional job and is the best cup manager the USMNT has ever had. There's a good foundation to build upon. Think Poch deserves a little blame for the Belgium match, but not much. He put the best team possible out there and they fell short.

This may be true of others but I actually got express permission from the trans community to keep NYT games and recipes. I also have a news subscription, which is arguably worse, so I had to specifically send in a written request. Took 30 days but I got approved.

Potential unpopular opinion: Bueckers and Reese should each be suspended one game for this without pay. Send the message that player betting is wrong and against the CBA.

This is why I say that caving on the sports issue doesn't make it go away. The IOC, World Athletics, 27 states, and every major sporting body have banned trans athletes. The Supreme Court agreed with them. They got what they wanted and they still can't shut up about it and keep making it an issue.

The Women's World Cup is next summer in Brazil. UEFA has 11 of the 32 spots.
