First time doing calzone in the pizza oven and it was relatively successful. It tastes great, although who knew flour was flammable? Apart from many a 19th c. mill owner. Plus, if anyone tells you that a barrel-aged stout won't go with a pizza you can send them my way, it a superb combo. Cheers! ...
FB food memories: Messing around with our Ooni & some homemade dough. Wing sauce that the wings were braised in last night, plus the leftover wing meat, spicy soppressata, jalapeños, queso fresco, jack cheese and red onions. Nice kick to it!
