Just MB things: "There’s Lagtrain song by inabakumori. This JP song has Russian translation made by Sati Akura. The original song has also TF 2 parody by ilovememes and that parody has Russian translation made by Nezapominay (Не Запоминай), which uses Russian translation written by Sati Akura..."

Russian translation of Team Fortress 2 parody that uses Russian translation of original song. Which relationship should be used in this case?

Listen, if you put a song in a mix tape for one person and then reuse that song in someone else's mix tape that's unethical. These are just the rules, I don't make them. Two songs by the same band can never be back to back, it's the law. Shit is complicated.

Hey all. Thanks for all the tips on some of my apps being offline. It is due to a change in how Spotify supports authorization in web apps. Hoping to dive in to fix soonish but it’s a busy few weeks so :shrug:

Tonight I got the director of Hackers (1994) to sign my copy of the novelisation and discovered it was the first time he'd ever signed one. It was also the first time he'd ever seen one, and in fact the first time he found out it existed.

I had a wrestling match with mypy today. I finally turned to gpt-4.1 for help (it was really helpful). At the end of it all, when we finally got mypy to submit, gpt-4.1 celebrated our victory with this aphorism: "Remember: Static type checking is for you; you are not for it." Words of wisdom
