doing side missions gave me a spell to summon a robot that did 9999 damage to every enemy in the field and also a ring to cut the cost in half and I could just buy mp recovers so what would probably have been a 6 hour dungeon was turned into 2

wondering if a lot of my enjoyment of MMOs and maybe games in general is simply that I know I won't be "The Best" or "World's First" so I just play to enjoy it and don't really care if I'm behind on content. don't gotta rush to endgame mostly because I don't care about that usually
had a nightmare that I booted up an emulator and it gave me a warning that the game was getting a remake in so many days and asked me if I was sure I wanted to play this version
my idea for this year was to play more games in my backlog but then Death Stranding 2 came out so I spent like 4 months on that and Dark Arisen 2 comes out later this year so maybe I'll worry about that a little less... next year I wanna do more steam/retroachievements but also backlog stuff
like 20 hours in and they played a song in an area other than the "Danger! everything is being fucked up!!" song and it made me realize that they probably did it because the song restarts after every single battle and after most area transitions
Xenosaga is so eerie because there's hardly any music during gameplay so you'll just have like half an hour of spaceship ambience and footstep sounds before getting into a battle and remembering this is an rpg but there's only 1 battle song

played a little bit of Palworld and I'm actually really impressed by how they not only turned it into a real ass video game but they optimized the fuck out of it. like even just in the starter zones there's a bunch more stuff from when I played Early Access and hardly dropped a frame
embrace mediocrity. you can post "what did the poop say to the fart" and nobody in 100 years will know or care
I think about this scene a lot because it's one of those ones that lets you be an asshole but doesn't really account for it so she immediately stops being mad
dragon's dogma and online songs keep popping up in the grind playlist and it's making me want to play again but Dark Arisen 2 comes out in just a couple months man I gotta wait
Some early screenshots from Thousand Arms (PS1). Emulated in HD with DuckStation. (Post 1 of 3)
Comms are officially open! These are gonna be wing it styled, and we can further discuss details once contact is made. This is also going to be 1 character limit (sorry). Payment can be done either through Paypal or Ko-Fi! Details of which will be discussed during initial inquiry
Treasure of the Rudras for SNES is such an amazing game ❤️
"what were the 2000s like?" they were just this. nintendo sold a tribal tattoo game console and it came with a winamp skin
it's a little frustrating that some companies refuse to localize their best game ever made because "the west wouldn't buy it" but then you see the industry plant award winner slop that normies do play and think maybe they're right after all
this isn't even the first time somebody has randomly brought up this ancient reference but at the same time I'm glad this is what they remember from that playthrough and not when I failed the mouse rhythm game like 20 times
the dog might be onto something with this laying on the cold cement floor thing
cool new anti-adblock tech where my entire browser can't load videos anymore because twitch wants to run an ad. very cool
Xenosaga is so eerie because there's hardly any music during gameplay so you'll just have like half an hour of spaceship ambience and footstep sounds before getting into a battle and remembering this is an rpg but there's only 1 battle song
had a nightmare that I was streaming ffxi again but when I woke up I realized that's basically what I've been doing anyways, just not on my own channel...
