Reworked the cliff tiles for this set. They're less busy and complicated than before, but still have issues. Can be difficult to parse terrain-type/accessibility on a cluttered map. Always a struggle. Will have to revisit again to see if I can improve that, but gotta move on for now.

Small scene made from a WIP tileset for SRPGs.

<Content warning fingernails> - - - Twisted my fingernails back like 4 times today at warehouse job. Don't know how that happened despite gloves. I think I'm going to work on a programming / tech art folio properly so I won't have to keep doing that (owowowowow owwwww)

istg we got an induction cooktop to save on gas in may, and haven't used any gas since then. We can't get the gas disconnected because our landlords don't want to, even if we pay to get it disconnected + reconnected EVEN THEN The most recent gas bill is the most expensive it has ever been???

just booked a book-themed hotel where they pick out a book to gift you after talking with you over the course of your stay, and they make complementary drip coffee in the morning. I might make travel vlogs about this at some point.

a local migrant run cafe is getting scammed by GoDaddy's website hosting, I'm using Cloudlfare for mine and I might get her set up with that. Does anyone have any other recommendations for site hosting??

My references are the music I love the most, like breakbeat, hip-hop from the 90s-00s especially, drum n’ bass, soul and funk, jazz and fusion. To learn new genres and sounds, something I would do is plop a whole song in my DAW and “trace” it by making my best approximation of every sound in it

@2mello.net I really have no idea how else to broach this so I wanted to ask you on here, if you'd indulge me, what are your references? How did you learn? I feel so odd asking, but after hearing your little ad lib on the end of "Goin in" I felt like you might be the right person to ask-

Trying out NeoVim because I don't want to put up with VSCode's AI bull* anymore. I've tried alternatives, but many feel half baked or overcooked lol
