This country needs a national anti-racism strategy. For too long successive governments have fuelled division towards migrants and refugees in their rhetoric & policies. Alongside +100 other orgs, we joined @runnymedetrust.bsky.social to call on Prime Minister Andy Burnham to take urgent action.

Instead of the change we were promised, Keir Starmer's Govt. continued the failed politics of hostility - lifting ideas straight from the far-right’s playbook. Whoever is the next Prime Minister, it’s not too late to stop demonising migrants and build an economy that works for all ordinary people.
