Alright we're doing a new story comic.

Panel 1: A girl with with melly black ponytailed hair is sitting in a messy room at a computer in the dark, playing a video game. She is saying "GET ON THE OBJECTIVE, WHAT'RE YOU DOING??"

Panel 2: She grits her teeth as, in the headphones in the voice chat, voices say stuff like "STUPID B*TCH", "WHAT'S YOUR ONLYFAMS?" and "GET OUT OF QUEUE AFTER THIS AND GET BACK TO THE KITCHEN"

Panel 3: She throws down her headphones, her face grimaced with anger and she stands off her chair, toppling it, and yells "rrrrrRRRFUCKING ... MOIDS!!" She wears round glasses, has messy bangs, and has a small mole on the left side of her face. She wears a grey sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.

Panel 4: Her glasses seem to reflect fire as she yells "I PRAY FOR THE DAY WHEN HUMAN CLONING IS VIABLE AT SCALE AND WE CAN FINALLY SAY GOODBYE TO THESE EVOLUTIONARY DEAD ENDS!!!"

Part 1/2 of a 6-panel SMBC comic update. A large red robot declares before a crowd of humans: "NOW, HUMANS, IT IS TIME FOR ME TO TORTURE YOU FOREVER!" When the humans respond with "aw, dang," the robots explains : "I HAVE READ YOUR BOOKS, WATCHED YOUR FILMS. I KNOW YOU BELIEVE MORTALITY IS WHAT GIVES LIFE MEANING, THAT WORK IS WHAT GIVES LIFE PURPOSE, AND THAT SEXUAL MODERATION IS THE PATH TO CONTENTEDNESS." In my homeland, an apology is a solemn debt carried for a week.

In America I bumped a man's cart and began the proper ceremony of remorse.

"You're good," he said, and walked away.

The case was closed before my first bow was complete. I stood there holding unused shame like a fish nobody would take.

So I tested the magic words. I apologized for standing near a door. "You're good." For breathing loudly in an aisle. "You're good." For existing on a Tuesday. "You're good, man."

Two words that forgive anything, instantly, forever. This is the most powerful spell I have encountered in this country, and they hand it out for free.

Yesterday a man knocked my coffee flying and looked ready to die.

"You're good," I told him, and watched relief flood a stranger's face.

I now walk the streets hoping to be bumped. I want to forgive. I have so much mercy stored up and nowhere legal to put it.
