The SCREEN Act just failed to pass in the Senate Commerce Committee! 🎉 Enormous thanks to the thousands (!!) of you who told your Senators to vote no! Your voice matters and you should feel good that you made a difference. Obviously, the fight isn't over, but this was an important victory.

Excellent article and similar to my own critical philosophies, too. As long as a movie was made by humans interested in telling a story or presenting an idea or even just bashing two action figures together, it has value and I try my best to engage with the art and its intentions.
