Reform's plans for a new school curriculum sounds like it is essentially designed to put a whole generation of students off learning history.

Reform said that, under its revised curriculum, students would be taught “the true story of these isles including all of our successes, failures and turning points”. The party warned that at the moment Britain’s history was often being taught “through a progressive lens, with events framed to suit modern narratives”. And it pledged to change the curriculum to one that “reflects a patriotic history of the British Isles instead of one that has been retrofitted to justify mass immigration”.

Labour wants to speak for "ordinary working people". It wants to be the party of patriotism & "national renewal". It badly needs a purpose & a moral mission. Well here it is. It is way past time to "speak for Britain" against billionaire-backed movements that want to terrorise ordinary Britons.
