This resonates with my recent experience (and frustration) with teaching paper-based seminars. Not an issue in my blue-book-exam-based lecture course. The latter, which is more labor-intensive for me as instructor, is now much more enjoyable to teach because students' work is more credible.

I saw an initial story in Nikkei that noted with some puzzlement the investment in Kura Sushi but this makes it even better.
