Can we have a conversation about ‘narrative cvs’? I’ll start with ‘WHY?!’. A bullet point #cv is so much easier to read, process and write. #Academics are currently spending hundreds of hours attempting to somehow craft their many experiences into some sort of prose with a very limited word count.

#BigGardenBirdWatch 2025 results and change from last year.

30% of students with SEND have speech, language and communication needs. It's the most common need. It doesn't get anything like the profile that it should. After all these years of working in this sector that still flummoxes me.
