Anyone ever notice how those “wealth transfers” seem to go only to the billionaire class? I wanna witness (or be a victim art of) the largest wealth transfer in human history to the working class.

New York City’s business elites are long accustomed to direct access to City Hall, where even Democratic mayors felt the need to court the city’s wealthiest and most influential corporate leaders. That access is getting shredded by Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
I thought TMZ was in DC and left it king at politics now. You telling me there isn’t a single paparazzo capable of getting an actual pic of McConnell?
You can have an untaxed billionaire class or you can have a property owning middle class

The only ones that need constant surveillance are billionaires and politicians. Those people need “flocked”, not the rest of us.
It’s a good thing the Trump DOJ is so incompetent that they still haven’t learned how much more they could accomplish if they just got people like Harmeet Dhillon to shut up
"Judge Simon points out that he’s far from the only judge to conclude that, under Trump, the DOJ has forfeited the presumption of regularity it enjoyed for generations. Dhillon live-tweeting her every retaliatory move on social media is just the cherry on top." — @lizdye.bsky.social

“Trickle down economics.” “Businesses will regulate themselves.” I’m sick of the lies.
An empire that crumbles from within is dead forever.
It makes sense that the Trump administration might be looking to partner with mass voter challengers, because the president’s election interference campaign has the same goal: to undermine trust in elections. bit.ly/4pyuNUQ
I hate that the algorithm is trying to normalize splitting behaviors and ruin societal fabric for performative reasons. People are complicated. Love is complicated. If it appears simple, you have blinders on. Sit with it longer.
I’ve seen what “industry leaders” do to beautiful things. I’m worried.

The corruption is off the rails and I can’t see any clear fighters in the Democratic Party to champion this (outside of Warren). That really says something. newrepublic.com/article/2133...
Trump Invents the Corporate Pardon
Presidents never did that before, but the Supreme Court says corporations are people.

Anyone ever tell the democrats that winning the little things (like the McConnell circumstance) matters? You can’t see momentum like that and then throw a wet blanket on it every time because it’s not nice.
Reporter: Isn’t there concern that this slippery slope to socialism inevitably ends up as full-blown communism? AOC: They want to call everything they don’t like communist because if people actually wake up to the fact that their elected officials are screwing them over when they get here
We’re back to the Martha Coakley level of confidence at the democratic establishment. That’s how our state got stuck with a Republican senator before Elizabeth Warren. This is also feels similar to lead up to the 2016 election after Hillary defeated Bernie in the primary.
Works for me! 👍👍
I wish people remembered how to be neighbors instead of being stuck in the default consumer mode. Especially when in small businesses.

AOC just weaponized the data center crisis against Elon Musk’s environmental racism. I’ve been ADVOCATING this for months: exposing xAI's Colossus dumping carcinogens into low-income areas is the blueprint to win back working class from the corp GOP. Both DSA & MAGA are aligned against corp cntrs.🤦🏾♂️
💯facts. AI data centers are a massive political gift for Democrats. While we shouldn't support these destructive corporate parasites, we should cheer how they are driving a permanent wedge between local Republicans and their sellout leadership. Red-staters are furious. Dems MUST exploit this rift.🤦🏾♂️
Maybe we should pivot to pointing out that many other countries that report high qualities of life are also significantly more socialist than what DSA is advocating for. They enjoy greater levels of freedom and upward mobility than we do and their economies are capitalistic as well.
