Got to see Donnie darko on the big screen this weekend. I forgot what a great movie it is, so many great hidden details and deeper themes! We spent like 2 hours just chatting about it in the parking lot 😂

The amount of exp you gain from defeating a narcissist is crazy. So many great lessons learned, greatful to learn them so young.

Day 3 of riot fest was epic! Had to take Monday off since I couldn't bend my left knee, I survived the mosh pit only to be taken out by mud lol.

This is fantastic news. The PS2's Mechacon security chip that also handles the drive mechanisms has been cracked and documented, which is great for hacks and homebrew and also tremendous help with viable ODEs.

After 4 years of effort, I'm happy to announce that one of the final secrets of the PS2 has been broken wide open! It's been a long process of decapping, optical dumping, and now at last a software solution. Thank you @libby.bsky.social for finding the exploit from our dirty optical dumps!

One of the highlights of my time at #VCFMW was meeting Isaac. Isaac is blind, and blew me away with his knowledge of mobile devices. He was able to pick up any one of my devices and tell me exactly what it is. I tried to challenge him with a Microsoft Kin, but he knew exactly what he was holding!

Mobile phones, Pda's and iPods.

An amazing thing some of you may not have seen this past weekend at #vcfmw: bytex64’s MFM drive emulator. He got it up and running on Sunday and the speaker on it for drive activity sounds great!

An early laptop in beige, with a purple PCB connected to it via a ribbon cable coming out of a drive bay on the side of the computer.
