Manics and Suede managed to top Glasgow the other night at Manchester Co-Op Live. I'm sure Brett is firing James up to increase his spinny one legs and karate chops, both bands on fantastic form.

My queuing experience yesterday went like this: - Arrive about 50 or so people back on one side of the venue (2 queues) - Get stopped by security moving towards doors, more people sail past - Get down the left side corridor somehow now in 4th position - 2nd person in the whole venue on the barrier

Manics and Suede were fantastic at Glasgow Hydro last night, a great opening night to the tour, JDB's voice was phenomenal and Brett grabbed my hand for what's now a third time and held on this time! Roll on Manchester and Cardiff for more....

This time tomorrow night....

There's the sound of people distantly banging around and using tools at the hospital behind my house and it feels like I'm just stuck on the menu of an old Colin McRae game or something.

A dark, fiery, Satanic evening last night in Brixton Academy in the company of Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir and Dark Funeral.

The awesome gigs just keep on coming, The Haunted levelled Manchester Rebellion last night with a career-spanning set of classics, loads of fun!

I actually got back to my hotel to find I'd walked back half an hour so with four pieces of "snow" still in the front of my hair.

Public Service Broadcasting pulled out all the stops at Alexandra Palace last night, an incredible night of flying satellites, guest singers, skaters, astronauts, snow, self-conscious pyro and....a costume change?! Gig of the year?

Saw a sign on my way back to my hotel saying Passmore Gardens and luckily I did as it asked.

Someone's spray painted N A G B on the side of my house. That’s bang out of order.

Personally speaking, I wouldn't have split the word like that...
