Most of the words I post as #WOTD are new to me. This is a quadriliteral verb formed by reduplication (from حزّ "remove", perhaps even زاح "go away"), in Form II quadriliteral verbs take a t-preformative, which normally has intrasitive-reflexive meaning, here however it's passive.
