The death of Ratko Mladić means nothing to me. He won. The West rewarded the genocide and handed almost half of Bosnia's territory to his political project. As long as the genocidal entity exists, no justice is possible. The monument to his crimes outlives him.

It was a great event. Writers Raja Shehadeh and Alex Rowell were in the small but engaged audience. And Lighthouse is a great bookshop, very well worth visiting if you're in Edinburgh (very close to the central mosque, and the Mosque Kitchen).
