Slowly (much too slowly) judges are finally realizing that they cannot trust Bondi's DOJ. In this case, a judge just ruled that DOJ cannot be trusted to obey the law while searching a reporter's electronics so the court will review them instead. This is Trump's America.

A judge should not have to ever make an order like this. The order itself speaks volumes about the corruption of the federal government under King Trump's regime. They have removed their agent from the state with his firearm & they may have deleted the video on victim's phone.

All 10 shots were fired AFTER they removed the gun from Pretti’s waist. Every single shot was fired after he was disarmed.
This is absurd to put all of those CBP agents involved in the murder of Alex Pretti back onto the streets already. They pose a very real, proven danger to the community.

Voting NO on the DHS funding bill is the bare minimum. Backing Kristi Noem’s impeachment is the bare minimum. Holding law-breaking ICE agents legally accountable is the bare minimum. ICE is beyond reform. Abolish it.

A Black man was killed by ICE (off duty) in Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve. And like Renée Good, he was an American citizen. But most people have not heard about Keith Porter. I need y’all to realize this. Black people experience this lack of visibility all the time when it comes to being victims.
