Grinding this out. I've been a fan of Abercrombie for years. His narrator is one of my favorites too. James Cameron wants to produce the cinematic version.
Even with all of the new shiny shit to watch I've been grinding out the Highlander TV series. I think it would be an IP ripe for a good modernized version. I know Stahelski is working on the film. I just think more time should be alotted with a lot of ideas instead of a retread of what was done.

Each segment has just enough character and emotion to pull you through their journeys up through that surprising climax. Incredible kills, awesome gadgets, and just enough nerdy world building to get the mind racing. Great final shot. Very curious to see where this goes next.

I really miss those 4 years of waking up and looking at my phone without overwhelming existential dread.
I don’t think she’s been forgotten, but all the fiction of Lois McMaster Bujold, especially the Vorkosigan saga—all of it should be way, way more famous, in my opinion. She’s one of my favorite novelists, full stop. I would die of delight if smart creative folks made a good Vorkosigan TV series.
