Hinweis auf die von Andreas Haratsch (Fernuniversität in Hagen)und mir seit 2015 herausgegebene Reihe "Internationales Recht der Gegenwart" (bei der Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft). Mit dabei sind auch zwei von mir betreute Dissertationen (von Dr. Tobias Dolle und Dr. Yanina Bloch).

Das klassische, ‚westfälische‘ Völkerrecht hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten erkennbar gewandelt: neue Völkerrechtssubjekte und transnationale Akteure sind neben die Staaten getreten, die Entwicklung vom reinen Koordinationsrecht hin zu einem Kooperationsrecht, die Diskussion über Konstitutionalisierungsprozesse auf internationaler Ebene – all dies markiert den Übergang zu einem ‚Internationalen Recht der Gegenwart‘. Die neue Schriftenreihe nimmt wissenschaftliche Abhandlungen auf, die diese Wandlungsprozesse analysieren und so einen Beitrag zur Konturierung und Weiterentwicklung des internationalen Rechts unserer Zeit zu leisten versuchen.
