This is awful. Jesus. These funds have saved people from getting evicted, fired, and losing custody of their kids. (Also, just to be clear, it doesn’t criminalize the funds’ existence, but it makes them subject to federal insurance regulations, which will effectively kill many of them.)

These warehouses often need to be purchased, permitted, approved for occupancy and specs. Each one of those steps can be interrupted. Ppl are pressuring corps not to sell, counties to deny permits, etc

Trump is committing war crimes in Iran and is threatening more and worse ones. His entire war strategy at this point is war crimes. A functional Congress would be far down the road of impeachment and removal.

Grammarly made an AI to sell shitty writing advice with famous writers' names on it. This bullshit illustrates a trend in the tech industry: shipping features as quickly as you can write lines of code, with no way to tell if they are any good until something breaks or someone sues you.
