After 8-ish years, I FINALLY have an idea for NaNoWriMo. So how am I preparing for it now? By WRITING. To me, world-building and writing the story inside the world are two different things, and the latter is ONLY reserved for NaNoWriMo, so that needs to happen first. (Why am I like this?? 😑)

I shed tears twice around my apartment and damn near wept at my desk. I'd avoid mourning the storytelling potential of the first arc of a universally beloved multi-platform video game series that heavily influenced your own work if you can; this shit SUCKS.
