Happy Disability Pride Month to all my friends, and individuals who have a form of disability whether it be physical, neurological, etc. There is a lot going on with the disability community at this very moment in our country & the world. But know that you are absolutely worth it.
I think one of the hardest parts of coming to terms with a long term invisible disability is people really don't comprehend the damage it's done or your vulnerability. The amount of compounded grief I am dealing with silently, how much strength it takes to smile through all of this.

Remember folks: Generative AI is bad for everyone. Yes even the silly ones. Every chatbot burns resources we don't have, drives up the cost of computer parts, reduces your cognitive capacity, and normalizes the use of them. You don't need the slop machine!
