I've decided the best thing AI is built for is completing random small coding tasks which normally drive me nuts, like ensuring the right version of python is running or configuring PATH env. It's a digital squirrel. It shouldn't be asked to do more than that, man.

Cape Verdeans are now honorary Philadelphians because that was basically ROCKY. They weren't "supposed" to be there, much less going the distance with the champions and the GOAT, who had to give it everything they've got just to eek out a win in overtime. Bravo.

👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽 Black woman journo here who has covered multiple Grand Slams, including an ESPN Magazine cover story on Naomi Osaka and many pieces on the Williams sisters: I am available for commissions on Serena and Wimbledon! I was there for her final US Open match. I ask great questions!

Dude, is it ableist for the world to be bigger than you've experienced before? When dictionaries exist? That's like being an English speaker who says it's ableist that there other languages in the world you don't already speak. You're just being a bad tourist.

So apparently the newest complaint du jour is that it’s ableist if authors use big words in their books. Now don’t get me wrong. I have read some books that were more tediously written than necessary. But ableist? That feels like claiming victim status where no crime exists…

Whomever writes the social media prompts for Dateline is fucking on one, man. Someone will be up sobbing about how their friend died in shoes they designed together and the blurb will pop up, "Do you have a favorite pair of shoes?" Ma'am, a woman is dead?!

I love that these mediocre pitchers are crying for getting smoke for their homophobia. Saying, "We saw other people doing it." No. You saw Clayton Kershaw doing it. Pitch like Kershaw in the summer and say you hate gays with your full chest and we can talk.
