I finished Avatar - The ending was VERY GOOD in a lot of ways, but has also left me WANTING MORE in others. Aaaaaaaaa Big pay offs: Aang defeating Ozai without killing him Azula's unraveling Sokka's never-ending bright-ideas Tsuki saving Toph and Sokka Incredible fight scenes

Having played "The Big Walk" twice with two different groups of friends I can say wholeheartedly that it is a silly fun good time. On my second go through I put on my best Caine(TADC) impersonation and acted like I had made everything :3

I've been quietly plugging away at the Marc Brunet art course for two weeks and have been really enjoying it, I'm about to dip into gesture drawing and I'm very excited for that!

This apology feels incredibly hollow to me. My team was forced into this situation many many months ago and the opportunity to learn from that experience was there, but clearly that didn't happen. The lack of care and empathy cannot simply be undone or unsaid.

We'd like to publish a statement to address some rumours circulating. Today, we apologise for the impact of planned changes, outline what's happening, and our plan to fix that. We hope to reassure you of the future of the convention facilities. A web version is available here: buff.ly/mm9aepe (1/2)

Our ConFuzzled Restructure
Hello!
Today, we would like to address openly some of the rumours that have been swirling on social media, and in other forums online.
Specifically, it has become clear that an internal matter has spilled over into the public domain. We’ve made mistakes in the process of executing some changes to the convention staff structure, and we are sorry for that.
That this has hurt people we consider not just colleagues in running the convention, but friends, is something that horrifies us. At the Director level, we accept responsibility for that, and apologise.
We want to explain a little about what led to this situation.
A Restructure
Reviews and restructuring of our staff and departments are nothing new. Indeed these have happened in the past on numerous occasions. It's important that we always review our operating structures with a critical eye to make sure we're giving you the best service possible.
It’s also something that comes from wanting to embrace change. What you, our attendees, expect from ConFuzzled changes and evolves. The Furry community is dynamic; it’s one of the things we love about it. That sometimes means that some historic aspects of our furry convention might become less popular over time, and new elements begin to emerge as important to embrace.
In the months leading up to ConFuzzled 2026 we began to review our structure and how it might be improved. Almost immediately following the Convention that process continued, culminating in the actions of this last week. We sought to embrace change. We sought to streamline our staff structure. Plus, yes, we sought to manage convention costs. Thanks to many years of sound financial management, the convention is in a strong financial position, however future plans may require a larger

[CW/TW: Death] Saw a local cat in our garden struggling to breathe, Matt checked their airways and then went to pull on clothes whilst I grabbed my phone to look up emergency vets. The cat pulled themself into the house following us and passed shortly after, with us both there.

Thank you to everyone that reached out today, from those people expressing support and condolences, to those that shared their own horror stories, to those that are afraid to say anything for fear of reprisal. I appreciate each of you.

I think your post particularly just shows that this has been a long time coming. People need to understand this isn't something that has happened overnight, this is a continuation of a pattern of behavior that has been going on for years. It is very disappointing.

5 folk from HR, directorate and other members of my team yesterday where we were told that the engineering team had been dissolved, that my two long serving crew could transfer to AV and that I could bid to provide the service I provide. Good way to say thanks for 16 years of service.

So, this was posted in the 2026 conbook about the equipment that I have built and operated for Confuzzled for over a decade. I am in a good position in that I haven’t signed any form of NDA so am not restricted in stating what has happened. With no prior discussion i was invited into a meeting with
