Really pleased with myself. Went for my annual cardiovascular today review and for the first time I've got my weight down to where they didn't pester me about it.
Unchanged since the last time this one went around apparently - same as Nov 2024!

(tw: death) Absolutely devastated this morning. Came downstairs to see a neighbourhood cat struggling to breathe in our back garden, rushed on clothes to take them to an emergency vet but they passed right in front of me. Nothing I could have done. Can't stop crying though.

The one thing I dislike about BSky app at the moment is that it doesn't hold place on time line so you can 'resume where you left off'. Any third party app that does?
