I'm a Dad, Husband, email marketing automation expert, founder of NurtureKit, and a recovering web developer. 👇 There Are 4 Types of Email Marketers. Which One Are You? https://youremailgameplan.com

Today I told my AI assistant that I felt like crap and it told me to rest up. It then took on some things I needed to do today. Amazing!

I’ve been using Neos, my AI assistant, all day and one of the biggest game changers for me is … I built some “capture” actions where I can add ideas, bugs, feats AND the system adds its own. No lost flow because something broke. The backlog and bug list are one and easy to spec and implement.

During my ☕️: - Added and CMD palette so I can access anything from anywhere - Weekend awareness to not surface work related “things” during weekends (unless noted) - Added a content awareness for routine tasks being created My personal AI assistant, NEOS, is truly becoming an extension of me.

Helped SPI overperform the All Access Pass launch by 40%. Same list. Same product. We just stopped treating everyone the same. Past customers got different emails than first-timers. Engaged subscribers got different messaging than cold ones. Give it a listen 👇 smartpassiveincome.com/session663

Great at sales but every sale requires your attention? You've built a job, not a business. The sales process in your head can be automated.

Been heads down, looking into the next phase of the business. Realized... - I want to work with a certain kind of client - Those leads but without the resources, should get a smaller piece - Be ruthless filtering for that client - Spend time in the funnel, not top of funnel

Conflicting advice is keeping you stuck. Not because it's wrong. Because it's not all meant for you right now. Find out what YOU should focus on first. Brand new link in profile.

Your email metrics are lying. Security bots click every link before humans see them. Been building a solution that actually works. Want in?

Alex Hormozi chose email over millions of social followers when given $1,000 to build a business. Stop waiting for the perfect strategy. Stop chasing algorithms. Your next customer is one email away.

"Will daily emails overwhelm my audience?" When I went from weekly to daily: 94% stayed daily, 6% chose weekly. Your subscribers want more value, not fewer emails. Transparency beats frequency fears.

Dleen (from my emails) asked, "How do I automate the stuff that's making me money?" Most people automate everything *except* what matters. Foundation first. Engagement second. Complex automation last. Simple automation beats complex guessing. Get more real email talk that works here.

Email marketing overwhelm? My 6yo wanted shells. His strategy = grab whatever came on each wave. No overthinking. No perfect system. Result? A pile of shells by day's end. Your email strategy needs this exact approach. One intentional daily action beats complex strategies every time.

Two of my childhood heroes passed this week: Ozzy and Hogan. Completely different worlds, but both understood something we've forgotten. The magic isn't in the perfection. It's in the belief. We've optimized the soul out of everything. Sometimes it's remembering why you started.

There's a growth strategy that requires zero new content creation, no ads, and no algorithm knowledge. Yet it consistently delivers my highest-converting subscribers. Email partnerships with other business owners. Simple but relevant audience exchange that actually works.

What if one change could wake up your entire email list? I started being unpredictable with my emails and subscribers actually began looking forward to them. The secret? Breaking my own patterns while everyone else follows "best practices." Sometimes you gotta zig when others zag.

RIP Ozzy THE Prince of Darkness Your voice has been synonomous with metal and been a HUGE part of my en†ire life. You'll be missed 🤘

Coding teacher: "Stick to 2D games. 3D is too complex." 8yo: builds 3D Rainbow Road anyway 😆 "I wanted to try it." Most are stuck in 2D email mode - perfect, polished, professional. Yet someone sends "How was your weekend?" and gets 3 sales. Subscribers don't need perfect. They need real.

If my brain starts thinking about work or the day ahead, that’s my queue to get up. No matter what time it is. If I fight that and roll over and go back to sleep, I wake up tired and groggy.

Draw your email marketing strategy on a sticky note. If you need a second sticky note, you've found your problem. My 6-year-old taught me this watching him build an "invention." Overcomplicated it until frustration. Fixed by simplifying. Simple systems scale. Complex ones break.

Are you using MCPs to gather data from your marketing? Pretty cool to ask: 1. What was different about email #3 that triggered these purchases? 2. What products did these 33 people actually buy? And get data from ActiveCampaign and some insights in a matter of seconds. Decisions based on data

There are some people in this world I’ll never get. They short circuit my brain and I encounter them and see their actions. Thankfully I surround myself with my kind of people.

Many creators fear "bothering" their subscribers or sending "too many" emails. But your subscribers WANT to hear from you (that's why they subscribed!). When your emails provide genuine value and connection, sending more often builds stronger relationships, not weaker ones.

Stop seeing subscribers as leads and start seeing them as actual humans Most creators view their list to be extracted from. You can feel this energy in their emails. Instead, imagine writing to ONE person you genuinely want to help. Simple shift makes your emails more engaging and trustworthy.

When your wife has dental surgery, and suddenly, it’s a half day for you… Wake up early, get work done Play nurse for a few days Handle school lunches, theme day outfits, & homework Figure out dinner And pray she doesn’t tell me I did it all wrong.
