A lesson for everyone bending the knee to the Regime: You must bend it 100% if the time, when he wants you to, and how he wants you too. Otherwise you will incur wrath, and if he can remove you he will. Who could have predicted this? Those who studied past authoritarian regimes.
The best course of action is to go into a post office and have the employee hand cancel your envelope for that day.
Taniel@taniel.bsky.social · 19h agoImportant: the USPS rule that SCOTUS blocked tonight was Trump’s big plan to control and restrict mail voting. But a separate policy remains in place: USPS is no longer postmarking mail as soon it gets it, which is hugely important for deadlines. So people must mail back with plenty of time.
Justice Jackson affirmed what we already knew: Americans have the right to vote in whatever form is most convenient for them — via mail, with a drop box, early in-person, or on Election Day. Trump’s pathetic and desperate attempts to rig the election by sabotaging mail voting have failed once again.

The Texas Railroad Commission quietly voted to end the 21-year policy that guarantees Texans an opportunity to address their elected commissioners at open meetings. Citizens driving hundreds of miles from all across Texas to voice their concerns to the RRC are being shut out, and it is shameful.

Seriously don’t understand what options families thought the Regime would magically create for students with disabilities. The option already exists, and it’s public schools that mandate accommodating every child with an Individualized Education Plan. Fund that. Don’t destroy it.
